A selection of high purity silicon’s with purity ranging from 3N to 11N, “P” or “N” type, in forms for either re-melting or reuse. There is chunk poly, tops and tails, broken wafers and bulk remelt that can be added to your melting furnaces or there are wafers in various sizes that can be reworked and reused in your application.

A slightly higher grade version of silicon metal with a wide variety of uses containing a minimum of 98.5% silicon.
Generally ordered with a maximum limit on Fe (iron), Al (aluminum) and Ca (calcium) as included impurities, for example 4207 = 0.40% Fe, 0.20% Al and 0.07% Ca.
Size availability ranges from 4” x down to 15 micron average particle size. For any size between these I offer a complete array of custom sizes to meet your needs.
